Develop and encourage leaders in your organization with the North American Hardware and Paint Association’s (NHPA) home improvement industry-specific training courses for managers. The deadline to enroll in the Leading Your Team course, part of NHPA’s Foundations of Leadership program, is Oct. 8.
This nine-week online course benefits both seasoned and developing leaders, boosting their skills, knowledge and confidence. As part of the course, managers will complete a real-world capstone project for their business where they will apply the knowledge and skills they have learned toward solving a problem or capitalizing on a missed opportunity in the business.
