This course provides top-quality customer service training, online at your convenience. Seven in-depth chapters will take approximately seven to ten hours to complete. Chapters include the advantages of dealing with an independent paint store, greeting customers, matching products to customer needs, selling add-ons, explaining the difference quality makes, finalizing the transaction, telephone techniques, overcoming objections, dealing with angry customers and competing against the “big boxes.” You may view the course outline here.
